This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile and desktop applications published under the Airspace Apps brand by Manjinder Singh ("we", "our", or "us"). It explains what information our apps handle, how it is handled, and your rights in relation to that information.
We built every Airspace App with a privacy-first philosophy. Our business model does not depend on collecting, analysing, or selling your personal data. We do not have the infrastructure to receive your data because we designed our apps to never send it.
This policy covers all current Airspace Apps publications, including:
Future apps published under the Airspace Apps name will also be governed by this policy unless a separate policy is published for a specific app.
The following categories of information are never collected, transmitted, or stored on any server by Airspace Apps:
Our apps are compliant with Apple's App Store "Data Not Collected" designation.
Our apps store data locally on your device to provide their core functionality. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it yourself.
Stores meal entries, water intake logs, sleep records, and mood data locally using SwiftData. This data is only accessible on your device and any iCloud-connected devices if you enable iCloud sync in your device settings. We do not have access to iCloud-synced data.
Stores trip logs, fuel entries, mileage records, and expense data locally on your device. The optional GPS feature uses your device's location services in the moment to auto-fill city names — location data is not retained or stored beyond the text you choose to save.
Stores transaction history, budget configurations, and financial summaries locally. All financial figures you enter remain entirely on your device.
Stores task lists, timer history, focus streaks, XP progress, and settings locally on your device. No data is shared externally.
Our apps do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social login providers. We do not use services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
The only third-party interaction is Apple's App Store distribution platform and, optionally, Apple's iCloud infrastructure if you enable iCloud sync on your device — both governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.
Mind Meal, Pocketra, and Ticko are rated 4+ and may be used by children. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, these apps are fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K requirements. Parents can allow children to use these apps with confidence that no personal information is collected.
RunSheet is rated 13+ and is designed for professional use by adult drivers.
Since we collect no personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete. All data is stored exclusively on your device.
To delete all app data, simply delete the app from your device. To remove iCloud-synced data (if enabled), you can manage this through your device's iCloud settings under Manage Storage.
Residents of California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with privacy legislation have the right to know that we do not sell, share, or process any personal information — and therefore there is nothing to restrict, delete, or port on our end.
If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be published at airspaceapps.com and will include a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not make changes that reduce your privacy protections without clear notice.

By downloading, installing, or using any application published under the Airspace Apps brand ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.
These Terms apply to all users of Airspace Apps, including casual users, professional users, and minors using apps under parental supervision.
Airspace Apps is an independent software brand operated by Manjinder Singh ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). We develop and publish iOS, macOS, and Apple Vision apps through the Apple App Store.
Current apps under this brand include Mind Meal, RunSheet, Pocketra, and Ticko. Future apps published under the Airspace Apps name are also covered by these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may use the Apps on multiple devices you personally own and control. You may allow family members and household members to use the Apps under your Apple ID where applicable.
You agree not to use the Apps to:
All Apps, including their code, design, graphics, icons, user interface, and written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Manjinder Singh and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Airspace Apps name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary to Manjinder Singh. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Your data is yours. Any content you create within the Apps — meal entries, trip logs, transactions, tasks — belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over content you create.
The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses.
Health disclaimer (Mind Meal): Mind Meal is a personal logging tool only. It is not a medical device, and the information logged within it does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.
Financial disclaimer (Pocketra): Pocketra is a personal budgeting tool only. It does not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial adviser for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Manjinder Singh or Airspace Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 CAD, whichever is greater.
All Airspace Apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will prevail with respect to App Store-specific matters.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Apps or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Apps.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions.
We reserve the right to discontinue any App at any time. If an App is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable, and you will retain access to locally stored data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the changes at airspaceapps.com. Continued use of the Apps after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
